About Cordillera Bank
The ILOCOS SUR DEVELOPMENT BANK (ISDB) was authorized by the then Central Bank of the Philippines to operate as a private development bank on January 20, 1969. It opened for business on February 04, 1969. It was inaugurated on February 23, 1969.
On February 18, 2003, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas approved the conversion of ISDB into a rural bank, to be known as the “Cordillera Bank (A Rural Bank) Inc.”. The new bank was inaugurated on March 8, 2003.
